About those reviews
So We Have 237 Five-Star Reviews. So What?
Flooring jobs hit problems, ours included. A seam won't sit right. Something unexpected turns up under the old floor. A star rating can't show you any of that.
What matters then is what the company does next, and some of our reviewers wrote that part down.
Despite the challenges with the seam when installing my new carpet and his guys had to come back 3 times to get it right, they did! Not a lot of companies will make it right and that speaks volumes!
Another had "issues that came up during the process" on a carpet job and wrote that they were dealt with quickly.
Buying a floor isn't something anyone gets much practice at, so a review is experience you get to borrow. More than a dozen of ours come from customers who came back for another floor.
What no review can tell you is which floor belongs in your house. That takes samples, and a place to see them.
Two showrooms, by appointment
Sometimes You Just Need a Showroom
A sample case holds a handful of floors. That's enough when the right one happens to be in it.
All Dimensions has two showrooms in its Lenexa building, hardwood, engineered and luxury vinyl in one and carpet in the other, with Jason there to walk you through them.
What we suggest
- Start with a visit. Far more floors than we could bring to your door, side by side under one light, with advice from the install side. You may find a floor you hadn't considered, or a better value than the one you came in for.
- Take samples home. See them in your own rooms and your own light before you settle on one.
- We come to you. We measure, look at the subfloor and pick the samples back up. Then you get a written quote.
Already know the floor you want? Skip the visit. We'll bring samples of it when we come out to measure.
Refinishing the floor you have? Come in to look at colors and sheens, or have us out first. The quote waits until we've seen the floor.

Both showrooms are by appointment only.
Call or text (913) 839-1609 to set a timeWhat's not in your price
- A sales staff. The owner sells you the floor himself.
- A showroom payroll. Samples, and one appointment at a time.
- An outsourced installer's margin. We install what we sell.
Jason promptly invited my wife and me to his shop to review samples and even sent us home with our selections to ensure they worked with our layout and freshly painted walls.
Why All Dimensions
What Sets Us Apart
One Company, Start to Finish
With a lot of flooring purchases, whoever sells you the floor isn't who installs it, and finding a good crew may be on you. We do both, which keeps scheduling in one place and puts responsibility on us, with no finger-pointing between a seller and an installer who never met.
In-house, owner-managedNo Consultation Fee
Consultations are free. You get an experienced read on what your subfloor needs and which floors fit the space, from the person who plans your project and answers for it.
No charge, any stepStairs, Transitions & the Hard Details
Stairs, landings, and the transitions between rooms are where a floor either flows or looks pieced together, so we plan for everything we can before the work starts. If something turns up, the decision gets made on-site, with no calling a home office for approval.
Decisions made on-siteYou'll Deal With Jason Directly
"When you hire us, you're dealing with me. I plan your project, I'm accountable for it, and when you call, you get me, not a call center."
Jason has 25 years in flooring. He may stop by while the work is underway, but he's not the one laying the floor; that's what the All Dimensions crews are for. What you get is one person responsible from the first conversation to the finished floor.

What 237 Homeowners Said After the Floor Went In
Every one of them is on Google, under the reviewer's own name.
Jason was easy to work with, made great and professional product suggestions and the timing was much faster than we expected. We’ll definitely be using All Dimensions on our next flooring needs.

Questions People Ask First
Do you install what you sell?
Yes, with our own crews. No outsourcing.
Is there a fee for the estimate?
No. We come to the house, measure, and look at the subfloor. The written quote is one figure that covers material, installation, prep, trim, tear-out and haul-away.
Can I stop by the showroom?
Call or text first. Both showrooms are by appointment only, so Jason is there when you are. If you already know the floor you want, you can skip the visit and we'll start at your house.
